HALLOWEEN COMPETITION 2026

LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

ORDAMA BAMBINI, S.L., with Spanish Tax Identification Number (CIF) B22756852 and registered office at Ctra. Valldoriolf, km 1, La Roca del Vallès (Barcelona), hereinafter referred to as TUTTO PICCOLO, is organising the “Halloween 2026 Competition”, which shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Spain (mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and who are the parents or legal guardians of the minor featured in the photograph or video.

To participate, entrants must:

  • Purchase a Tutto Piccolo item during the promotional period at participating Tutto Piccolo corners in El Corte Inglés (ECI) department stores or through the official online store at www.tuttopiccolo.com.

  • Receive a Halloween mask for their little one, while stocks last.

  • Follow @tuttopiccoloes on Instagram.

  • Publish a photograph or video on a public Instagram profile showing their little one wearing the mask and a Tutto Piccolo outfit.

  • Tag @tuttopiccoloes in the post.

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion will run from 19 to 31 October 2026, inclusive, or until the Halloween masks are out of stock, whichever occurs first.

 

3. WINNER AND PRIZE

The winner will be the entrant whose post receives the highest number of likes by the end of the participation period.

In the event of a tie, the post with the highest number of shares will win.

The winner will be announced on 6 November 2026 on the Instagram profile @tuttopiccoloes and will be contacted via direct message.

The prize will consist of a complete Tutto Piccolo outfit, comprising one top and one pair of trousers or one skirt, subject to the availability of styles and sizes.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

 

4. MINORS AND IMAGE RIGHTS

By entering the competition, participants declare that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor featured in the photograph or video and confirm that they have obtained all necessary authorisations for the minor’s participation and for the publication of their image on Instagram.

Participation does not automatically grant Tutto Piccolo the rights to use the minor’s image for advertising purposes unrelated to the competition.

 

5. OTHER CONDITIONS

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Membership of the Tutto Piccolo Club is not required to participate.

TUTTO PICCOLO reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms and conditions or have been obtained fraudulently.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
