This contest will be free of charge, and participation in it will not entail any cost for the participants.

May participate in the promotion (i) natural persons of legal age residing in Spain who comply with the promotional mechanics described, (ii) with two children under 12 years of age.

Employees and agents of Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas, their subsidiaries or other Group companies are excluded; as well as direct relatives or any person professionally related to the promotion.

This promotion is valid from November 15, 2021 to November 21, 2021, both included.

Awards

Participants in the promotion will be able to win an experience trip for 4 people valued up to €600 that includes:

• 1 day Parque Warner Madrid.
• 1 day Zoo Aquarium Madrid
• 1 night in a 4-star hotel (it will be located in the surroundings of the Theme Park, a maximum of 20 km away)
• Travel expenses valued at €250 (Madrid excluded)
• Tutto Piccolo Gift Card €50 + Pisamonas Gift Card €50
• Pisamonas Gift Card €50 + Tutto Piccolo Gift Card €50

There will be 3 winners. The first will win the experience trip and the second and third will each win a Pisamonas gift card and a Tutto Piccolo gift card.

During the contest period, people who meet the participation requirements described in these rules will be able to access the official profile of Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas on Instagram (@tuttopiccoloes and @pisamonas) where the participation post will be.
Users must be followers of both accounts, they must mention two friends in comments and share the draw image in their Instagram story (extra participation).

More than one participation per participant is allowed without including celebrity accounts, influencers, celebrities and brands in comments.

Communication of the winners

For the selection of winner and supplements, the chosen application app-sorteos.com will choose 5 selected from each account and these at random, the official winner will be selected who will be in charge of carrying out the draw and guaranteeing its correct development and selection of the winner.

The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram, and will have 24 hours to accept the prize and provide the information required to manage it. The data required to be provided by the winners are:

• names of the whole family
• Email address
• Sex
• Birthdate
• Nationality

In the event that the winner does not meet the requirements or does not accept the prize in the manner and term, the first substitute and successive ones will be contacted, in the event that both substitutes do not meet the requirements, said prize will be void.

Conditions of acceptance and enjoyment of the prize

The prize will be delivered, in accordance with what is specified in these bases, to the winner of the raffle.

The purchase of the experience trip will be made by the winner of the draw and Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas will make the payment of the amount. The experience trip is valued at more than €300. Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas will bear the travel expenses (up to a maximum of €250) which will also be paid (excluding people residing in Madrid). The payment of up to €250 will be made to the winner once he/she has presented the tickets certifying the trip. The total experience trip is €600.

The purchase of the experience trip will be made by Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas, and two dates will be displayed, reaching an agreement on the dates to be able to enjoy the trip with the winner. Expiration date of the experience trip March 2022.

Filling in the personal and fiscal data of the winners necessary for the delivery of the prizes is mandatory, so that the absence of any of said data will mean the loss of the right to the prize obtained.

By accepting the prize packages, the winners declare that they accept the conditions of this promotion.

The prizes are not exchangeable for money or for any other prize other than the one indicated in these bases and does not include any other service or additional management.

The winners have the right to renounce the prize obtained, however, they may not, in any case, assign it or exchange it for its amount in cash, or for attendance at any other experience that is not described in accordance with these bases.

The winner is obliged to enjoy the prize in person. Expiration date of the experience trip March 2022.

Modifications

Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas reserve the right to make changes or add successive annexes to their mechanics and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not harm the participants, and they are duly communicated.

Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas reserve the right to terminate those who are misusing the promotion, committing fraudulent acts or harming other participants. In the event that Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas or any entity that is professionally linked to this promotion detect any anomaly or suspect that a participant is preventing the normal
development of the promotion, illegally altering its records through any technical or computer procedure, or carrying out any fraudulent acts that contravene the transparency of the promotion, Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas reserves the right to cancel and even withdraw the prize from automatically and without explanation of any kind, to all those participants who have benefited directly or indirectly from this type of fraudulent action. Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas declare that they have enabled the appropriate technological mechanisms and supports to detect any possible fraudulent, anomalous or willful action that seeks to alter normal participation in this promotion.

In the event that this promotion could not be carried out, either due to detected fraud, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the promoter, and that affects the normal development of the same, Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, without the participants being able to demand any responsibility from the promoter.

Thus, Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas reserve the right to choose the 4-star hotel where the stay will take place.

Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas are not responsible for possible losses, deterioration, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to the post office or third parties that may affect transactions and shipments of communications and prizes to customers.

The impossibility of enjoying the prize attributable to the winner due to illness, force majeure or any other cause, will not give rise to any compensation.

Acceptance of the bases and prizes

By the mere fact of participating in this promotion, it is understood that the participants accept the content of these promotional bases.

The simple acceptance of the prize by the winner will necessarily imply that they authorize Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas to use their name and image in publicity material related to this promotion.

The prizes of this draw cannot be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winner, nor can they be transferred to a third party, unless expressly authorized by Tutto Piccolo and Pisamonas.
