How to return an item

The cost of sending the returns  are a charge of the client. To make change of orders please make a return and a new purchase.

1.- I am registered

  • Click here and follow the steps
  • Prepare the order and send it to the following address:

  • Once the parcel arrives to our warehouse and the items have been checked, we will refund the corresponding amount by the same payment method originally used by you.
  • Please have in mind that depending on the bank used for refunding, it could take up to 7 days for the money to be cashed into your account.

2.- I am not registered

  • Send us an email to customer service store@tuttopiccolo.com. Please indicate the following details:
    • order number 
    • email address used to complete the order
    • Style number/s to be returned.
  • Prepare the order and send it to the following address:
