LEGAL BASES OF THE “BACK TO SCHOOL” DRAW

1. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW

On the occasion of the Back to School season, Tutto Piccolo is organizing a raffle in collaboration with Safta ( https://safta.com/es/ ) and Coco Books ( https://cocobooks.com/ ), the prize of which will consist of:
• A book from Coco Books publishing house
• An exclusive €50 Tutto Piccolo gift card
• A backpack and a pencil case from the Safta brand

Three winners will be selected, each of whom will receive the full prize package described above.

2. PARTICIPATION DATES

The draw will be active from September 5, 2025 to September 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Entries made outside this period will not be valid.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Anyone who meets the following requirements on Instagram will be eligible to participate in the giveaway:
• Follow the official accounts @tuttopiccoloes , @saftaoficial , @cocobooks_
• Like the giveaway post.
• Comment on the post mentioning two friends .

  • Multiple comments may be submitted; each will count as an additional entry.
  • Mentions of famous people, brands, or profiles detected as fake will not be accepted.
  • Extra participation (optional): repost the post in stories.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The Tutto Piccolo team will randomly select three winners from among all eligible participants.
The names of the winners will be announced on September 12, 2025, through a story posted on the official Instagram account @tuttopiccolo and via private message.
Winners must respond to the message within 48 hours , including their contact information (name, surname, telephone number, and email address). If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

5. PRIZE AND PROCEDURE

Each winner will receive:
• 1 book from Coco Books
• 1 exclusive €50 Tutto Piccolo gift card
• 1 backpack and 1 pencil case from the Safta brand

Once acceptance of the prize has been confirmed and contact information has been received, the procedure will be as follows:

  • The winner will receive a €50 discount code valid for products from the PARQUE collection . This code will be valid until September 30, 2025 .
  • After placing your order, you will receive a random book from Coco Books , one of those featured in the promotional video for the giveaway, along with your shipment.
  • Safta will then contact the winner directly to select the backpack and pencil case included in the prize.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this draw implies full acceptance of these legal bases .
Tutto Piccolo reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the draw for justified reasons .
